Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Life can be rewarding — and challenging — all at once. That’s where your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) comes in.

You and your household members have confidential, no-cost access to professional support for life’s everyday challenges. Your EAP provides counseling, resources, and guidance to help you navigate personal or work-related matters. Whether you need to talk through a concern, find balance, or connect to helpful tools and referrals, your EAP is here 24/7 to support your total wellbeing.

EAP services are available from Unum + Health Advocate to all employees, their spouses or domestic partners, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law.
